Klagetoh Navajo Wool Rug

This Navajo Klagetoh Wool Rug dates back to the 1930's and showcases a rare pattern. It is similar to the Ganado pattern, which was developed by Lorenzo Hubbell and is found just south of Ganado, AZ. The rug features a gray background with two central diamond medallions and a unique stepped, whimsical design in shades of tan, red, and black/brown. The rug is in fair condition with some fading due to the use of natural dyed wool, and slight frilling can be seen on the bottom left corner.
